The Ugliest Cities in Each State

From gorgeous architecture to scenic natural views, there are some truly beautiful cities to be found in the United States. Some places that just look so good you never want to leave! Take Denver, for example. It has all the perks of city life while still sporting an unbeatable view of the gorgeous Colorado landscape. Or, look to Grand Canyon Village. Obviously, the Grand Canyon is one of the most beautiful wonders of the world and lies right at the top of Arizona! While there are countless other American cities with views and architecture that will make you shed tears of joy, we're not talking about those places today, unfortunately.

Instead, we're taking a look at the opposite concept entirely --the ugliest cities to be found in the country we call our home. Whether it's from lack of maintenance or just poor design choices, these fifty spots are more than an eyesore. They may be great places to live, but these cities won't be winning beauty contests anytime soon!

That being said, here are the ugliest cities to look at in every state throughout the country. If you live in one of these places, sorry to break the bad news... But if you don't, keep them in mind the next time you're planning a cross-country road trip or accepting out-of-town job opportunities; you don't want to be stuck anywhere near these spots!
